Hello everyone,

Things are starting to get busy in the forums. If the activity in the forums continues to grow as it has in the past few days, I will be needing some help in moderating the forums.

I will be observing everyone closely looking for potential candidates for moderator duty. This is a volunteer position and is not for everyone. Being a moderator is not about making the most posts, being the most popular or being online the most.

I'm looking for those that understand and follow the goals of mymagiczone.com. Members that set a positive example for mymagiczone.com. and magic in general. Members that present themselves with integrity, respect and professionalism.

Please do not volunteer yourself, or someone else, for this responsibility. Doing so, will not help your chances.

In the mean time I ask that everyone read, get familiarized with, and follow the forum rules.

Congratulations on the new Mods!  Have fun, it can be a thankless job sometimes.  I have never been a Mod (I just started writing a new site with a forum, so I guess I better get the hang of it quickly!)  I have been on enogh forums to see the crap that mods have to take from some more immature and single minded users - er, abusers.  Hang in there, I am sure you guys will do a great job!
