Like several of you, I admire what he's done for magic as a whole. The best? Probably not... but he's smart enough to know how to get a lot of press and surrounds himself with some great magic people (Jay Sankey, Banachek and others), who make sure he has some good material.
His music is what it is. I think it works with his performance, and the mood/style he's going for.
I'm not too crazy about these bits he's doing where he dresses up like someone else... the Sales Weasel, all of that. He should stick to what he does best.
As for best magician? Currently, stage, I like Lance Burton... of all time, I wish I could've seen Kellar.
Close-up, Dai Vernon, all the way... I do like Darwin Ortiz too. |

i agree partially. he's good at what he does. but i dont really like him that much anymore cause it seems like hes moving more into stunts than into magic.. |

| if u go to youtube and look up criss angel is fake u will find A VIDEO OF HIM LEVATATING AND WHO EVER MADE IT POINTED OUT THAT IT WAS EDITED, IN THE VIDEO U CAN NOTICE THAT THERE IS SHADOW ONE MINUTE THEN THERE ISNT AND THIS HAPPENS SEVERAL TIMES, THE CLOUDS MOVE 30 TIMES THERE NORMAL SPEED AND PEOPLE VANISH IN A SECOND, IM TALKING ABOUT THE TRICK WHERE CRISS IS LEVATATIN OF A BUILDING TO ANOTHER |

It is pretty obvious that it was edited, because The first time i watched it, Criss has severel different camera angles, one where he tends to do some turning and than another camera angle he just goes straight across without any turning, But that's the whole Idea of his show, for some he does "real" levitations and others he uses camera tricks. It's all part of his many different methods of Levitations, so you can never be sure which one he is doing. I've spoken to the guy whole helps Criss Construct alot of his stuff, and he told me that he's Constructed/ Designed 15 different Levitations for him, this was a while back, I'm Sure He has made more by now. There's no need to dis Criss cause he's a fake, no magician is real, This is supposed to be an understood fact. He was meant to be an entertainer that mystifies, so c'mon give him a chance to be one with your hearts. The day you can tell me every single one of his tricks and prove to me that that's the way he does it, than, and only than, can and should people make fun of him, if you can't than most people have no rights to try and bring him down.

| Whatever criss angel lacks in technical magic skills he makes up for in showmanship. hes an excellent entertaineru gotta give him that, i dont especially care for him but he is still very entertaining. |

| Don't give him too much credit...the ideas don't flow from Chris' mind, they come from Michael Ammar who was hired to develop all of the illusions that Angel performs. Ammar is the true master, not Angel. |
