What is the skill level of this DVD? Is this easy, medium, or hard?

I think it would be better in this case to categorize the skill level as Begiiner, Intermediate or Pro.

I don't own it but from what I've read, I believe this set is for the intermediate skill level.

Perhaps someone that owns it will share their thought with us.
