I saw this effect on T11's website and it looks absolutely awesome.
 
would anyone recommend it?

My main concerns with new magic are
-Difficulty
-Sleights
-Gimmicks that really suck (durability, use)
-Ability to use with any deck (I have a killer version of stigmata that this would go perfect with as a creepy finsher and I also use Black Tigers primarily)

(not looking for exposure, just advice)

I don't own Panic but I've heard that a gimmick is involved. And since this is a card effect, I don't know if the gimmick is compatible with Black Tigers.

I have Panic and let me say it is well worth the money. The gimmick is not compatible with tigers. Let me say the DVD is very good and teaches many handlings. The set up isn't too hard and Aaron Fisher even teaches you a way to go into it from a previous effect. When it comes to difficulty there really is none. I picked it up watched the DVD walked out of my room after a couple of practice runs and performed it to a friend and his reaction was nothing short of an OMG!!!! Guys it's simple, hard hitting, and nothing short of "real" magic!
