Personally, I stay away from gaffs. Only because Then you can't hand the deck out if requested to see them. Not that I don't use them on rare occassion. Gaffs can be awesome, if presented in the right light and cercumstances...... All the stuff I have up for vids is done without any gaffs whatsoever...................

Most magicians do have that problem but i found ways around them like palming the card out or using a deck shell, my cards just gat to my house and there awesome. It also depends on what you like to use, the gaff decks make the ellusion that you can controll or change the ink in your cards, that is why i use them.

I am not too thrilled about the gaff deck but the cards with the blue smudges are great, very cool for the chicago opener

I came up with a signed color change that uses nothing out of any gaff deck, so I just work around the idea of one. I suppose my method in itself is like a gaff, but once you hand the card out, you're completly clean anyway.........

i came up with a trick t5hat will allow the audience to sign the card front and back, than switch it, although its very difficult it does get quite a reaction, the best part its that its totally imprompt to.
